The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Williams Field Services Company (F000925, P0040270):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Williams Field Services Company to modify the Eight Mile Lake Station by relocating a turbine skid from the LaBarge Compressor Station and utilize the two existing wet seal centrifugal compressors on the skid, remove one (1) 100 bbl produced water tank, install one (1) 300 bbl produced water tank (TNK003), and update associated blowdown/pigging activities (BVC001-BVC003). The Eight Mile Lake Station is located in the SE¼ NE¼ of Section 3, T18N, R93W, approximately thirty-five (35) miles west-southwest of Rawlins, in Carbon County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F000925 and permit number P0040270 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Carbon County Library, Rawlins, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Carbon County Clerk's Office, Rawlins, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
