Thursday, Aug. 27: SK Hynix Advanced Packaging and R&D Hub Groundbreaking

WHAT: Gov. Braun will deliver opening remarks and join SK Hynix to break ground on the new advanced packaging and R&D hub, solidifying Indiana's position as a frontier for next-generation technology innovation and global economic advancement.

Thursday, Aug. 27: State Major Disaster Declaration Briefing

WHAT: Gov. Braun will deliver a briefing and hold a media availability following the announcement of the major disaster declaration approval for 21 Indiana counties. He will be joined by Indiana Department of Homeland Security Executive Director Jonathan Whitham.

Thursday, Aug. 27: Rolls-Royce Indiana Ribbon-Cutting

WHAT: Gov. Braun will cut the ribbon and celebrate the completion of a decade-long, $1 billion modernization project at the Rolls-Royce Indianapolis facility. Today, Indiana is the center of the company's U.S. defense manufacturing and advanced propulsion work. Rolls-Royce has invested over $1B in modernizing and expanding in Indiana, supporting around 3,500 direct employees in high-skill jobs including advanced manufacturing, and engineering.
