Journée des Données de l’ESMA 2026 – « Union de l’épargne et des investissements : faire des données un levier plutôt qu’un poids » (uniquement en anglais)

The CSSF draws the attention to the forthcoming « ESMA Data Day - Data in the Savings and Investment Union - from burden to opportunity » on 24 November 2026.

After last year success, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) will host its second Data Day on 24 November 2026 - a landmark event bringing together regulators, market participants, and data experts to discuss key developments in supervisory reporting and regulatory disclosures, as well as the role of data in supporting more effective supervision and further integration in capital markets across the European Union.

The theme of this year's event, « Data in the Savings and Investment Union - from burden to opportunity », will cover several strategic initiatives, including simplification and burden reduction, financial transaction reporting, integrated fund reporting, the European Single Access Point (ESAP) and crypto-asset monitoring.
