Protein Production Core for Structural Biology

The Structural Biology Core, under the leadership of Dr. Seetharaman Jayaraman, provides state-of-the-art equipment (XTL3 Mosquito crystallization robot, Vitrobot for Cryo-EM, Microscopes and sample freezing tools, consumables and pucks) to support UT Health Sciences researchers. Recently the core has received inquiries from researchers regarding potential protein production to support structural and biophysical studies, such as from bacterial, insect, and mammalian cells. To help gauge interest in expanding its services, the core would like to hear from researchers potentially interested in protein production. Please email Dr. Jayaraman ([email protected]) if you are interested or have any questions.
