New, expanded CMO role within Fanatics Commerce combines all marketing functions under one leader

The veteran retail executive joins Fanatics after holding similar roles at Old Navy and Rothy's

Today, Fanatics Commerce, the global, direct-to-consumer fan apparel platform within Fanatics, announced the appointment of Jamie Gersch as Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. The move combines all the company's marketing functions - including brand, performance and lifecycle - under one leader as it continues to create deeper fan connections through cutting-edge product and storytelling. Jamie will be based in San Mateo, California and report to Andrew Low Ah Kee, CEO of Fanatics Commerce.

Jamie brings more than two decades of scalable, entrepreneurial marketing expertise from some of the most recognized brands in consumer retail. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Rothy's, where she led global marketing and e-commerce with a focus on strengthening cultural relevance, deepening emotional connection, and growing the brand's community of loyal customers through purpose driven storytelling. Prior to Rothy's, she served as Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Old Navy, guiding marketing strategy for the beloved American brand and driving commercial growth through breakthrough campaigns, integrated brand storytelling & full funnel marketing helping to drive multi-billion-dollar sales growth. Before Old Navy, Jamie spent more than a decade at Gap, helping shape the brand's voice and creative direction across its divisions.

Jamie is a graduate of Colgate University where she was a member of the varsity tennis team. She is an avid Bay Area sports fan and volunteers her time as a Board of Governors member for the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco.
