SECURA Insurance named a Great Place to Work

Neenah, Wis. (Oct. 15, 2026) - SECURA Insurance has once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work-certified company - marking its 11th consecutive year receiving this honor.

The certification is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey, reflecting the genuine experiences of SECURA associates. This year, 90% of employees said SECURA is a great place to work - 33 points higher than the average U.S. company.

According to Great Place to Work research, employees of certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and 85% say they want to stay at the company for a long time.

SECURA's survey results highlighted key strengths across leadership, fairness, rewards, and career opportunities. Notably:

• 97% of employees say they are made to feel welcome when joining the company
• 96% of employees say they are able to take time off from work when they think it is necessary
• 94% of employees say our customers would rate the service we deliver as "excellent"
