Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton Recognized as an Age-Friendly Health System — Committed to Care Excellence by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement

Hamilton Township, NJ, August 27, 2025 - Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJUH Hamilton), an RWJBarnabas Health facility, announced today, as part of the Age-Friendly System movement, they have achieved special recognition as an Age-Friendly Health System - Committed to Care Excellence in its ongoing efforts to ensure age-friendly care for all older adults served. There are two levels of recognition from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), and RWJUH Hamilton has now achieved Level Two."RWJUH Hamilton has always been committed to care excellence and is proud to have achieved this important recognition," says Lisa Breza, RN, MSN, NEA-BC, Chief Administrative Officer for RWJUH Hamilton.
