Baltimore Chapter Hosts Successful New Hire Networking Fair

The Baltimore Chapter of the Maryland & DC Credit Union Association recently welcomed emerging professionals to its New Hire Networking Fair. Designed for employees with 6 to 36 months of credit union experience, the event brought together 40 attendees for an engaging afternoon focused on connection, career growth, and the credit union mission.

The program highlighted the "Credit Union Difference," reinforcing the idea that working in the movement is more than just a job, it's a meaningful career. Attendees heard from industry leaders during a dynamic career panel, participated in a networking icebreaker, and gained practical advice on professional development and personal branding.
