COLUMBUS, Ohio [October 7, 2025] - Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, today announced the next stop of its global AI Solutions Roadshow in Santa Clara, California. The event will showcase how data centers can adapt to the growing demands of artificial intelligence (AI) through a broad set of infrastructure imperatives across data center design, cooling, power, services, rack systems, and management. The event targets end customers, partners and other stakeholders, including hyperscalers, cloud and neocloud providers, enterprise organizations, consulting engineering firms, contractors, and channel partners, and takes place on October 8, 2025, in Santa Clara, California.
The AI imperatives, outlined in the new Vertiv AI Infrastucture Imperatives for Successful AI Factory Implementations guide, include advanced cooling to manage extreme thermal loads, scalable power architectures to support accelerated compute, and integrated IT systems for rapid deployment and reliability.
"Conversations with customers make it clear: the transition to AI-ready infrastructure isn't optional, it's urgent," said Tony DeSpirito, vice president enterprise sales at Vertiv. "The roadshow is our opportunity to sit down with customers across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise environments understand their immediate challenges, and share innovative solutions that can be deployed today to support AI growth with confidence."
The Santa Clara event will also highlight alternative energy solutions in data center design, including hydrogen-powered deployments pioneered by EdgeCloudLink (ECL) in collaboration with Vertiv. These projects demonstrate how new models for energy and infrastructure are helping operators meet AI power needs while advancing environmental goals. Yuval Bachar, founder & CEO of ECL, will discuss hydrogen-powered deployments in the fireside chat, "Evolving the Datacenter in the Age of AI," exploring customer demands, challenges, and opportunities for data centers navigating the rapid adoption of AI.
"At ECL, we're building the blueprint for the next generation of data centers, designed from the ground up for AI workloads and powered by sustainable, on-site hydrogen energy," said Yuval Bachar, founder and CEO of ECL. "Our collaboration with Vertiv demonstrates how ECL's modular, zero-emission approach can meet AI's massive power demands while reducing or eliminating dependence on the grid. This isn't theoretical, it's happening now, and it's reshaping how the industry thinks about scalable, renewable AI infrastructure."
The Santa Clara stop is part of Vertiv's AI Solutions Roadshow, which brings education, collaboration, and solution demonstrations to key innovation hubs in North America.
