Clifford Chance boosts global offering in private capital, energy and infrastructure by hiring two new partners in Paris

Global law firm Clifford Chance continues to grow its global offering in private capital, energy and infrastructure by hiring Patrick Tardivy and Paul Loisel, two new partners in Paris.

Patrick Tardivy is an M&A and private equity lawyer and is particularly active in the energy and infrastructure fields as well as the tech sector, working alongside investment funds, financial investors, French and foreign groups, on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Paul Loisel's practice focuses on project finance and strategic finance transactions in energy and infrastructure. He advises sponsors and financiers on large greenfield and brownfield financings, both cross-border and domestic, primarily in France and EMEA.

Clifford Chance poursuit le développement de son offre globale en private capital, énergie et infrastructures en accueillant Patrick Tardivy et Paul Loisel en tant que nouveaux associés à Paris.

Patrick Tardivy est avocat en fusions-acquisitions et private equity. Il intervient particulièrement dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des infrastructures et de la tech, aux côtés de fonds d'investissement et autres investisseurs financiers ainsi que de groupes français et internationaux, sur des opérations domestiques et transfrontalières.

Paul Loisel concentre sa pratique sur le financement de projets et les opérations de financement stratégiques dans les domaines de l'énergie et des infrastructures. Il conseille sponsors et prêteurs sur des financements d'envergure, greenfield comme brownfield, en France comme à l'international, notamment en EMEA.
