New York Fed to Co-Host Annual U.S. Treasury Market Conference on November 12

NEW YORK-On Wednesday, November 12, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Joint Member Agencies) will convene the eleventh annual conference on developments in the U.S. Treasury market.

The conference will focus on a range of topics related to the Treasury market including operational resiliency, expanded central clearing, digital innovation in Treasury markets, and the evolution of Treasury's buyback program. The keynote addresses and expert panels will feature representatives from both the public and private sectors.

Speakers at this year's conference include:

  • Scott Bessent, Secretary, U.S. Department of the Treasury
  • Mark Uyeda, Commissioner, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
  • John C. Williams, President and CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of New York
