Traffic advisory for Lawyers Have Heart 10k, 5k, & Fun Walk

WASHINGTON - On Saturday, May 16, the D.C. Bar and American Heart Association 2026 Lawyers Have Heart 10k, 5k, & Fun Walk will take place in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with this event, there will be road closures motorists should take into consideration.
The following roads will be closed from approximately 5:30 a.m. to noon:
- Arlington Memorial Bridge
- Rock Creek Parkway south of Virginia Avenue
- 23rd Street south of Constitution Avenue
- Daniel French Drive south of Constitution Avenue
- Parkway Drive
- 17th Street south of Constitution Avenue
- 15th Street south of Constitution Avenue
- Independence Avenue west of 14th Street
- Raoul Wallenberg Place
- Hains Point
- East Potomac Park
- West Potomac Park
