Company Statement on Recent Litigation

We are deeply disappointed in the majority's ruling and disagree with its conclusions.

As we have consistently stated, CACI was not involved in or affiliated with any wrongdoing at Abu Ghraib. No CACI employee has ever been charged-criminally, civilly, or administratively-in connection with the abuses by military personnel that occurred at Abu Ghraib. The military personnel liable for those egregious acts were court-martialed and punished nearly two decades ago.

Yesterday's decision was not unanimous. In dissent, one judge concluded that the case should be dismissed for several reasons.

While we respect the judicial process, we disagree with the majority's reasoning and are carefully evaluating our next steps.

At CACI, our 27,000 employees care deeply about our country and ensuring the success of its national security missions. CACI's strength lies in our long-standing foundation of ethical behavior and good character that will not waver.
