Norton Rose Fulbright advises e2p on Alpha Foods acquisition

A team of private equity lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright advised Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p), a Chicago -based private equity firm focused on the food, beverage and pet industries, in connection with the acquisition of Alpha Foods by its portfolio company, MBC Companies. The transaction closed on September 11, 2025.

Alpha Foods, a family-owned frozen pizza manufacturer based in Waller, Texas, will join MBC Companies, a frozen breakfast and lunch manufacturer and distributor. With three existing production facilities in Pennsylvania, MBC's acquisition of Alpha's Texas plant significantly expands its manufacturing footprint and its reach across food service, retail, convenience and institutional channels.
