Wayne County - The Wayne County Industrial Development Agency (WCIDA) Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wayne County IDA Ontario Midland Railroad Property Acquisition will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the transfer ownership of the Ontario Midland Railroad property and assets (railroad and ties) on the following properties: TM No. 68111-00-519613 - County of Wayne TM No. 68111-19-533214 - County of Wayne TM No. 68112-00-838298 - County of Wayne TM No. 70117-00-604975 - County of Wayne. The transfer will shift ownership from Wayne County to the Wayne County Industrial Development Agency (WCIDA) with no new development being proposed.
