The City of Irvine has once again been voted "Best City to Live in" by The Orange County Register readers, marking the 10th consecutive year the City has earned the honor.
With more than 318,000 residents, Irvine continues to exemplify a diverse, livable City, master-planned for residents, businesses, and visitors alike. This year, the City has celebrated several major milestones, including:

"Being named the 'Best City to Live In' for the 10th consecutive year is a tremendous honor," Mayor Larry Agran said. "Irvine's success comes from our shared commitment to building a community where everyone can thrive. From nationally ranked parks and the new Irvine Public Library to outstanding public safety, innovative sustainability projects, and the diverse cultural experiences that make our City unique, we remain dedicated to providing world-class amenities and opportunities for all who live, work, and visit here."
Irvine is among those featured in the Register's 32nd annual Best of Orange County publication, an insider's guide to residents' favorite places to go and things to do. Thousands of votes were cast by Register readers in more than 80 categories this year, and many businesses selected as winners or finalists can be found in Irvine. They are recognized in a variety of categories, including Best Four-Year College/University, Best Shopping/Dining Destination, and Best Farmers Market.
