Starting today, customers can easily combine their online grocery shopping from Colruyt Lowest Prices and Bio-Planet into one single order via the Xtra app or collectandgo.be. With a wider range and the lowest out-of-pocket cost on the market, Collect&Go offers even greater convenience to its customers.
At Collect&Go, the market leader in online grocery shopping in Belgium, customers could until recently reserve their groceries online either from Colruyt or from Bio-Planet. From now on, they can combine products from both Colruyt and Bio-Planet in one order and collect or have them delivered together. "Collect&Go continues to invest in making life easier for our customers. That's why they can now quickly and conveniently reserve their groceries from both brands in a single order. In addition, they can still place their order until midnight and pick it up the next day at a collection point or have it delivered to their home," explains Tom De Prater, Director of Collect&Go. The orders are prepared in stores or in the dedicated distribution centres in Londerzeel and Erpe-Mere.
More than 2.6 million Belgian households can already enjoy the benefit of combining Colruyt and Bio-Planet products in a single order - across the entire country. In the future, Collect&Go aims to expand this network even further and make this new service available to even more families.
At Collect&Go, customers choose convenience and time savings. They pay only one service fee for preparing an order that includes products from both brands: €5.95 or €6.95, depending on the chosen time slot. For home delivery, customers pay a €7 contribution. Even including these contributions, Collect&Go still offers the lowest out-of-pocket cost on the market. Thanks to promotional campaigns that change every two weeks, half of all customers pay no service fee at all. Collect&Go remains the cheapest online shopping service in Belgium.
