Parkway Capital Announces Investment in Carey & Co

Baltimore, MD, May 31, 2026 - Parkway Capital ("Parkway") is pleased to announce an investment in Carey & Co. ("Carey" or the "Company"). Parkway Capital invested subordinated debt and preferred equity alongside an incremental investment from Pine Street Capital Partners to support the acquisition of Lautman Maska Neill & Co. ("Lautman"), a leading direct response fundraising consulting firm, in addition to refinancing the Company's existing term debt.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in New York, NY, Carey is a national outsourced nonprofit consulting firm which focuses on interim controller and CFO services to mid-to-large sized nonprofits. The Company provides services in direct response fundraising, donor acquisition, campaign strategy, major and planned giving, strategic planning, financial management, HR, and nonprofit operations.
