Murfreesboro Transit Announces New Pilot Route

This route will be free initially during the pilot period. Before the pilot period ends, notices will be placed onboard the bus indicating the date when fares will be charged should the route be continued. Maximum fare is currently $1 with free transfers.

This route will operate on the following schedule:

• Monday-Friday first route starts at 8:30am; last route starts at 4pm.
• The bus will run on a continuous loop and connect with the Social Security route on St. Patrick Court for anyone wishing to transfer and connect with other routes.
• Each loop will take about 20-25 minutes depending on time of day, traffic and actual stops completed.

See stops in order listed below. Drivers will only stop at these designated locations.

• Westbury Farms
• Mapleside Ln
• Shell gas station
• Wellington Place
• Woodgate Farms south entrance
• Social Security office
• Kohls
• Kroger
• Fire Rescue Station 9 at Cason Ct.
• Wellington Place
• Cason Lane Academy (excluding school dismissal time)
• Cason Estates Apts. South entrance
• Walmart Neighborhood Market
