Dentons advises AP Pension on financing of solar photovoltaic projects in Poland

Dentons has advised AP Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, an independent Danish pension company, acting as lender, on a €111,500,000 financing granted to eight companies from the Eurowind Energy Group for the construction of solar photovoltaic projects located across Poland, with a total capacity exceeding 191 MW.

Dentons supported the lender on the Polish aspects of the transaction, including preparing and negotiating the finance documents, conducting due diligence and advising on the regulatory and project-specific issues.

Managing counsel Maciej Ziółkowski led on energy and regulatory advice, with the support of senior associates Jerzy Oppeln-Bronikowski, Mateusz Muchel, Katarzyna Samoraj, as well as associates Aleksandra Pędzich, Gracjan Bielawski, Zofia Szewczuk and Jakub Domański from the Energy team, and associates Martyna Oziembała and Bartłomiej Książek from the Corporate team.
