The Western Nevada College Foundation has extended its 2026-27 scholarship application through May 15, offering students additional time for the tremendous opportunity to receive financial support for their educational journey at WNC.
Each year, the WNC Foundation awards more than 250 scholarships, distributing more than $870,000 to students across a wide range of academic programs and fields of study. The scholarships are available to new, returning, part-time and full-time students, and many recipients qualify for more than one award through a single application.
The application process is designed to be simple and efficient, allowing students to be matched with multiple scholarships by completing one online form. While completing the application, students are encouraged to devote time to their personal statement, which plays an important role in the selection process.
