Mounts Botanical Garden Launches Extended Summer Golden Hours

Garden open until 8 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays throughout the summer

This Summer, Mounts Botanical Garden is inviting visitors to come after work, before nightfall, to enjoy its new extended Summer Golden Hourssurrounded by nature.

During June, July, and August, Mounts Botanical Garden is extending its hours until 8 p.m. every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, giving guests additional time to explore the tropical oasis during the cooler, softer light hours of the day.

Mounts' Summer Golden Hours provides a calm place to relax, meet friends, and enjoy the early evening surrounded by nature's beauty. Whether you're stopping by after work for a leisurely walk or exercise, looking for an inspiring setting for photography, sketching or journaling, bringing a family picnic, or simply seeking a relaxing escape at the end of the day, Mounts Botanical Garden offers the ideal peaceful setting to unwind and reconnect with nature.

"We want to give the community new ways to enjoy the Garden, especially in summer, when some of the best hours are after work," said Mounts Executive Director James May. "Visitors can stroll through the Garden's lush landscapes and enjoy the beauty of the pre-sunset lighting at one of the Palm Beaches' most tranquil destinations."

  • Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays through August 2026
  • Garden open until 8 p.m. Arrival by 7 p.m. is recommended to allow time to explore all the Garden has to offer.
  • Regular admission applies; free on-site parking
