In its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, filed on September 29, 2026, the Company stated that an engineering company "has been engaged by Bion and Kimmeridge to conduct project pilot testing and produce a FEL-3 study." That statement was inadvertently left in the document during preparation, and inaccurate. As of the filing date of the Annual Report and as of the date of this report, the Company and Kimmeridge are in discussions with and negotiating, but have not executed, agreements with several engineering companies for pilot testing and FEL-2/3 engineering services related to a large RNG project. There can be no assurance that any such agreement will be executed, or at all. The remaining disclosures regarding the engineering prepared in connection with the August grant application are unaffected.
