Join the City of Tempe for our 9th annual Dementia Friendly Tempe Summit on Saturday, Nov. 1, 9 a.m.-noon at Tempe Center for the Arts. This year's topic is Bridging Gaps: Integrating Medical, Emotional and Social Support.

Attendees can engage with community partners and organizations at our resource fair to help build their support teams. Participants will then hear from a panel of healthcare providers, social workers and support partners to learn how to focus on holistic and interdisciplinary care. Our experts will share essential information and practical strategies that span the condition, and participants will leave with the capacity to build robust support care teams.
