posted on 1.12.2026

- 2026 TAB Show Set for Aug. 5-6 in Round Rock

The nation's largest state or regional broadcast media marketing and technology conference is set for Aug. 5-6 in Round Rock as the TAB Show is slated to return to the JW Marriott in Downtown Austin for a multi-year engagement through 2030.

"We've been having a blast and rolling out some great content at the family-friendly Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Round Rock and look forward to another standout conference this year, and even greater success is ahead as we return to Downtown Austin for the remainder of the decade," said TAB Board Chairman Luis Villarreal, President/GM of Gray Media in Laredo.

The TAB Show - widely recognized for its affordability, efficiency and emphasis on practical insights for broadcast engineers and technologists, multimedia marketing teams and leaders - will once again feature an expansive exhibit hall showcasing 110 industry vendors where broadcasters can explore new technologies, plan new capital projects and troubleshoot concerns in a personal, hands-on experience.

Full registration packages for attendees top out at $115 pre-deadline, and host hotel rates are discounted to $235/night + taxes/fees. Registration and hotel bookings open (DATE).

Key Deadlines Announced for Vendors, Sponsors, Content Proposals

As always, prior year exhibitors and sponsors get first crack at locking in their participation and should contact TAB's Sydney Haisler Herrmann with any questions. Exhibits are open Aug. 6 from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Content proposals are welcome, but presentations may not promote any products, services or consulting entities. Interested parties should contact TAB's Beth Bobbitt.

Planning Committees

More than two dozen Radio and TV leaders and engineers work together to develop the day-and-a-half agenda of sessions, led by Audacy Regional VP Brian Purdy, Nexstar Amarillo VP/GM Brandy Sanchez. (INCLUDE THEIR PHOTOS)

Biggest Night in Texas Broadcasting

As always, the closing night Awards Gala marks the biggest celebration of Texas broadcasting, with the presentation of individual leadership, whole station and public service awards. TAB will soon begin issuing calls for entries to all TAB member stations. Full List of Awards
