The City of Fremont is proud to share the promotion of Joel Pullen as the City's new Community Development Director. In his new role, Joel will oversee Planning, Building and Safety, Code Enforcement, Environmental Services, and Housing.
With over two decades of community development experience, Joel is a Fremont native who has served the City in various roles since 2005, with his most recent role being Planning Manager. His continued growth with the City reflects his dedication to developing a vibrant and sustainable future for Fremont.
In addition to being an active member of the Fremont community, Joel is a military veteran and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
