Candidates who are allotted a seat in Phase 1 must follow the below-mentioned procedure to lock their seat by submitting fees for PG admission by September 25, 2026:

Check Allotment Result: Visit cap.apcfss.in , click on AP PGCET 2026 Allotment Result link, and enter your Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.

Download the Allotment Order: Download the provisional seat allotment letter along with the fee payment receipt and take a printout.

Finish online Self-Reporting: Candidates need to log in to the candidate portal and do the online self-reporting to inform whether he/she is willing to avail the seat. Physical Reporting in the College to which admitted: The candidates need to report at the allotted college physically from September 22-25, 2026 along with the original documents mentioned below and two sets of self-attested photocopies:

Fee Payment & Joining Confirmation: Pay the college fee as required to get the final confirmation/joining slip from the college principal. If the candidates fail to report online for self-reporting or offline for physical reporting by September 25, 2026, their allotted seat will be canceled automatically.
