2026 – 2029 MoDOT On-Call Consultant Selections…

MoDOT is pleased to announce the consultant selections for the solicitation for firms to be added to the 2026-2029 MoDOT On-Call program.

MoDOT Consulting Partners,

Thank you to all our partners for taking the time to submit your Letters of Interest (LOI) for the MoDOT On-Call Consultant Program! We received 627 LOI's from 120 firms. While we value every single one of our partners, and wish we could select everyone for every category, we are making more of an attempt this time to make decisions based on our historical capacity needs for each category.

While the solicitation indicated today would be the day, we announce all the categories, we have a few (indicated on the selection sheet as Coming Soon) where our internal review teams needed more time to evaluate proposals. Therefore, I have decided to allow more time for these teams to complete their scoring and make selections.

In the next couple of weeks, I will be sending out additional information for when the remaining categories will be announced. With the announcement of the remaining categories, I'll include a data sheet for all selected firms to complete and return to provide information needed for the Master Agreement. Just a reminder, these contracts will go into effect on July 1, 2026.

Please remember, if you were not selected this time, the On-Call program only represents about 10% of the total consultant opportunities to work with MoDOT. Please keep an eye out for our Standard Solicitations on the MoDOT Solicitations (RFQ) page and remember, to receive email notification of postings, please send an email request to [email protected]

The LPA On-Call Program selections will be made soon, and the announcement for the LPA On-Call Program is scheduled to be released on March 1, 2026.
