Resident & Business Information
Most of the work will be completed using trenchless methods, helping to reduce impacts to streets, sidewalks, and nearby properties.
The landowners of directly affected properties have been notified of the Work and access to the affected properties has been coordinated.
Residents and businesses with properties not directly affected should expect little to no disruption to their property.
Traffic Access & Detours
Most construction will occur outside the roadway. However, a few areas of the project will require road or lane closures to access and rehabilitate the sewer under the roadway.
Access to driveways will be maintained whenever possible, except during direct utility work or paving. Sidewalks will remain open until removal is necessary for installation; an alternative pedestrian route will be provided if needed.
Traffic control signs and barricades will be used as needed to maintain safety for residents and construction crews.
Service Interruptions
Residents and businesses will receive advanced notification of all planned utility service interruptions. Planned service interruptions will be scheduled and managed to minimize their duration and impact.
