The 12th round of the Pakistan-Russia Joint Working Group to Counter International Terrorism was held in Islamabad on 23 June 2026. The Russian delegation was led by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Mr Dmitry Lyubinsky, while the Pakistani delegation was led by Ambassador Khalid Jamali, Additional Foreign Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.
