Activity Overview: This conference will provide evidence-based updates on a wide range of topics pertinent to the practice of otolaryngology. Penn State College of Medicine and UT Health Science Center faculty will present a comprehensive, in-depth review of an array of topics in the field of otolaryngology, specifically head and neck surgery, laryngology, facial plastics, neurotology/otology, skull base surgery, reconstructive surgery and pediatric otolaryngology. In addition to discussing current and emergent topics within these areas of otolaryngology, this activity will address individual knowledge gaps and will include skills and methodologies on practical applications of everyday otolaryngologic care.
Objectives:
Target Audience: This conference is designed for otolaryngologists - head and neck surgeons, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other health care professionals.

Continuing Education for Non-Physicians: The UTCOM will issue Certificates of Participation to non-physicians for participating in this activity and designates it for CEUs using the national standard that 1 hour of educational instruction is awarded .1 CEU.
Accreditation: The UTCOM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
