Notice Seeking Public Comment on Out-of-Cycle Amendment of UTCR 21.040 and 21.070
Comment Period Closes at 11:59:59 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2026
We are seeking comment on out-of-cycle amendment of Uniform Trial Court Rules (UTCR) 21.040 by CJO 26-028, effective July 22, 2026.
You may view the amendments and additional information at https://www.courts.oregon.gov/utcr.
Comments on the amendments are encouraged and can be posted at the web address mentioned above; mailed to the UTCR Reporter at the Office of the State Court Administrator, Supreme Court Building, 1163 State Street, Salem, OR 97301-2563; or emailed to [email protected].
Please submit your comments so that we receive them by 11:59:59 p.m. on Sept. 9, 2026. Comments will be reviewed by the UTCR Committee at its next meeting on October 22, 2026.
