Le Président de la République de Lituanie participera jeudi 23 octobre à la réunion du Conseil européen à Bruxelles.
La réunion sera principalement consacrée au renforcement de la défense et de la compétitivité européennes, ainsi qu'au soutien à l'Ukraine.
