Okta unifies product and engineering organizations under Ric Smith

Okta today announced that it is bringing together its Okta and Auth0 product and engineering organizations under Ric Smith, President of Products and Technology. The move is designed to accelerate roadmap execution, deepen platform integration, and strengthen Okta's ability to deliver identity infrastructure for the agentic era. Both Okta and Auth0 will continue to serve their respective markets - Okta for the workforce, Auth0 for developers and customer identity.

Shiv Ramji, President of Auth0, is departing Okta and has accepted an external opportunity. The company thanks Shiv for his significant contributions to Auth0 and Okta, and wishes him the best in his new endeavor.
