GPA Midstream and GPSA announce 2026-27 board members and officers

GPA Midstream Association and GPSA Association announced results of their annual elections during meetings at the 2026 GPA Midstream Convention, held Sept. 20-23 in San Antonio, Texas.

GPA Midstream

GPA Midstream members re-elected Greg Floerke, Marathon/MPLX as chair. Members elected Larry Larsen, Williams, as chair elect, and each of Angie Murray, Enterprise Products, John Laeger, Targa Resources, and Andy Schwerha, Pembina, as the three vice chairs. All elected will serve a one-year term ending after the 2027 Convention.

As provided in GPA Midstream's bylaws, its board of directors is comprised of each O1 member company and at least 12 other members elected to serve staggered two-year terms. Approximately half the board seats are subject to nomination and election each year.

The following companies were elected to serve during the two-year term from the end of the 2026 Convention through the end of the 2028 Convention:

GPSA

GPSA's officers for 2026-27 include:

• President: Brent Jasper, Jasper

• Third Vice President: Ken Mathews, Patriot Process Equipment
• CEO: Sarah Miller, GPSA

Officers serve a one-year term, which ends after the 2027 GPA Midstream Convention.

The GPSA board of directors consists of approximately 10% of its membership nominated from regional districts, proportional to the number of members in each district. GPSA board members serve staggered two-year terms with approximately half nominated and elected each year. By vote of the membership, the following were elected to the GPSA board of directors for the two-year term ending following the 2028 Convention:
