Ohio Housing Finance Agency Announces New Staff and a Promotion

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is proud to share that Kaylie Ruff and Harrison Zeller have joined the Agency and Jeffrey Campbell has been promoted.

Kaylie Ruff has joined OHFA as an associate counsel in the Legal Office. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree and earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2020. Kaylie brings experience from private practice, government service, and in-house counseling roles. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, where she previously served on the Fiduciaries Committee, as well as the Hocking County Bar Association, where she served as president. Kaylie is also a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association.

Harrison (Harry) Zeller is a new housing grant analyst 2 in the Office of Multifamily Housing. Prior to OHFA, he worked at various housing nonprofits in the Columbus area and served as the economic development administrator for Franklin County. Harry graduated from Ohio Northern University with a bachelor's degree in political science and minored in geography, public policy, and communications. He earned a master's degree in public administration from Bowling Green State University.

Jeffrey Campbell has been promoted from housing development analyst to bond accountant coordinator in the Office of Single Family Housing, Residential Lending Division. He joined OHFA in March 2002 working in the mailroom and was promoted to inventory control specialist. In 2014, he became a housing development analyst in the Office of Single Family Housing performing quality control before switching to the role of mortgage reviewer. Jeffrey has an associate degree of applied science from Columbus State Community College, and prior to OHFA, he served in the United States Navy.
