Leading global law firm Baker McKenzie has acted as global regulatory counsel on Unilever's acquisition of men's personal care brand Dr. Squatch from growth equity firm Summit Partners.
With its distinctive brand, natural, high-performance personal care product range, and strong direct-to-consumer model, the acquisition of Dr. Squatch further complements Unilever's drive to expand its portfolio towards premium and high growth spaces.
