Landsman Statement on State of the Union Address
Cincinnati, OH - Today, Congressman Greg Landsman (D-OH-01) released the following statement after President Trump's State of the Union Address:
It was mostly about him, not us. I think he said "Trump" more than he said "costs" or "public safety."
He picked fights with the audience, or his fellow Americans. I don't like that.
We so badly need focused and unifying leaders. But, it was very much a self-aggrandizing and combative speech, which is not what strong leaders do.
