Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey will join Blue Cross NC and NC Chamber officials on Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 4, for a news conference to announce and promote a new health insurance initiative designed to help small businesses provide more affordable health insurance for their employees.<_o3a_p>

Joining Commissioner Causey will be Gary Salamido, president of the NC Chamber, and Fran Gary, Blue Cross NC senior vice president for Health Plan Business.<_o3a_p>
