Lace Up for the Sixth Annual James Biever Memorial Run

Community members are invited to lace up their running shoes and support local law enforcement during the James Biever Police-Community Alliance's (JBPCA) Sixth Annual James Biever Memorial Run on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center.

The Memorial Run serves as the Alliance's largest annual fundraiser and helps make possible the organization's work throughout the year. Since its founding, the James Biever Police-Community Alliance has invested more than $70,000 in scholarships, police education, equipment, professional development, and community programs that benefit Lebanon County.

Participants may choose from a 10K, 5K, or 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, making the event accessible to runners, walkers, families, and community members of all ages. The course begins at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center, located at 80 Rocherty Road, Lebanon, travels along the beautiful Lebanon Valley Rails to Trails, and returns to the Expo Center pavilion near the Rising Star soccer fields.

Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. The professionally timed races, presented by Pretzel City Sports, will begin at 8:00 a.m. The 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk begins at 10:00 a.m.

Friendly dogs are welcome, and children under the age of 10 may participate in the 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk free of charge. Registration is $20 for the Fun Run/Walk and $35 for the 5K or 10K. Participants will receive a commemorative race T-shirt while supplies last.

Registration is available online at:

After the race, participants and spectators are encouraged to stay for an afternoon of community fun, including yard games, food from the Oasis food truck, and the opportunity to win one of dozens of raffle baskets featuring local experiences, family outings, sporting events, restaurant gift cards, overnight getaways, and much more-all generously donated by area businesses and supporters.
