On October 15, 2025, Retired Major General Elder Granger, M.D. informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of The Cigna Group (the "Company") that he will retire from the Board effective December 31, 2025. General Granger's retirement is consistent with the Board's retirement age policy. General Granger's retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
