The Idaho Commission for Libraries (ICfL) is hiring a Grants/Contracts Officer!

The core functions of the Grants/Contracts Officer include:

• Maintaining a quality grants and contracts management program for the agency by facilitating compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies governing the use of federal and state funds.
• Following generally accepted grant and contract administration and accounting practices.
• Supporting effective grant writing and grant management skills to build the ICfL's capacity.
• Supporting financial operations as an active member of the Fiscal Team.
• Maintaining familiarity with ICfL programming.
