CSWR Rate Case Hearing Set to Begin June 8

The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will begin an evidentiary hearing on Monday, June 8, to consider CSWR-Florida Utility Operating Company, LLC's (CSWR) petition to adjust its water and wastewater rates in Brevard, Citrus, Duval, Highlands, Marion, and Volusia counties. CSWR provides water and wastewater service to approximately 144,303 water customers and 87,571 wastewater customers across 11 systems in those counties.

CSWR filed its application for a rate increase with the FPSC in May 2025. As part of the rate review process, the FPSC held a total of four customer service hearings to receive feedback from customers on the utility's quality of service and the proposed rate adjustment.

The hearing is scheduled for the following time and location:

9:30 a.m. (EDT)
Betty Easley Conference Center
Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room (Room 148)

A live broadcast of the hearing will be available on the FPSC's website (click "Watch Live and Archived PSC Events"). The Florida Channel may also provide coverage (check local listings).
