Waterford Park Temporary Closures
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
OCTOBER 8, 2025
New park hours will begin October 13, 2025, to accommodate maintenance.
DAVIE, Fla. - The Town of Davie's Waterford Park, located at 15090 S. Waterford Drive, will have temporary weekday closures beginning October 13, 2025, to accommodate scheduled park maintenance and improvements. Select park facilities will remain open outside of closure hours.
Updated Park Hours:
Monday - Friday
- Waterford Park will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The playground and shelter will open from 4 p.m. to sunset.
Saturday - Sunday
- The playground and shelter will open from 9 a.m. to sunset.
Renovations will include new LED sports lighting, walking path enhancements, new site furnishings, tennis court reconstruction, and the addition of six pickleball courts. The renovation project is expected to be completed by summer 2026.
The safety of our visitors is our utmost priority, and we appreciate the community's patience and understanding during this period. During construction, individuals are encouraged to visit the nearby Town parks:
- Falcon's Lea Park 14900 Stirling Road
- Waverly Park 6625 Hawkes Bluff Avenue
