CHARLOTTE, NC - In its latest study of the 14 largest merchant services providers in the U.S., J.D. Power has ranked Bank of America Merchant Services No. 1 in overall customer satisfaction.
The J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Merchant Services Satisfaction StudySM was conducted from August through October 2025. The top ranking was measured by six dimensions of which Bank of America achieved a best-in-class classification in five:
