Pinnacle Financial Partners, which merged with Synovus, has added Adria Earwood as a mortgage banker based in Easley, S.C. She brings 18 years of experience in banking and residential lending and most recently served clients at Park National Bank.
"Adria has built lasting relationships across the Upstate by helping clients navigate some of their biggest financial decisions," said Kimberly Shrader Branham, mortgage leader for the region. "She understands construction lending and the full home financing process, and she does it in a way that puts people at ease. That's exactly how we want to serve clients here."
Earwood focuses on residential mortgage lending, including construction-to-permanent financing, as well as conventional, government and portfolio loans. She is known for strong referral partnerships with builders, realtors and financial advisors throughout the Upstate. Over her career, she has earned multiple Presidential Club honors.
Earwood has been active in the community through the Powdersville Business Council, Young Professionals of Easley, Junior League of Anderson County and Leadership Pickens, among others. She earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Anderson University, where she was a student-athlete.
