Public Notice Regarding Fifth Amended and Restated General Order No. 24-2018

Fifth Amended and Restated General Order No. 24-2018 - Voluntary Notice Procedures in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 ( the "Amended Order") has been posted under the "Local Rules and General Orders" tab of the Court's website and may be viewed here. The Amended Order updates the procedures to include motions for co-debtor stay relief in a chapter 13 case. Further, Exhibit A to the Amended Order (Form of Notice for Voluntary Notice Procedures) is updated to include language regarding 11 U.S.C. ยง 362 for use when applicable. Notices filed pursuant to these procedures must be in the form attached to the Amended Order as Exhibit A, as it may be updated by the Court from time to time and posted on the local forms page of the Court's website. This order supersedes the Fourth Amended and Restated General Order 24-2018.
