LCI’s SB 1425 Open Space Technical Advisory Discussion Draft Released
The Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI) has released the discussion draft of the SB 1425 Open Space Technical Advisory (TA), and the public comment period is now open.
This document provides local governments and planning practitioners with guidance on reviewing and updating local open space plans to further social, economic, and racial equity, climate resilience, and rewilding opportunities as specified under SB 1425.
