Yamaha Corporation and Steinberg have announced new firmware and software for the MGX series digital mixers, URX series audio interfaces, CC1 USB controller, and MixKey audio mixing software for streamers and content creators.
The updates focus especially on enhancing the user experience of the URX series, while also improving workflow efficiency, routing flexibility, and the consistency of setting recall across the lineup. Support for controlling MixKey via CC1 further strengthens integration across the production environment, helping users spend less time on setup and operation and more time creating sound and content.
Yamaha and Steinberg will continue to deliver updates that help users create, control, and manage their production environments more easily.
For the URX series, updated default settings make the devices ready to use immediately after power-on, further improving overall ease of operation.
