Citadel Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a full-time entry level project assistant in the Southern California area to to provide clerical and technical services such as data entry, answering phones, and proposal and report preparation to support the Engineering and Environmental Services group and select clients. The Ideal candidate will possess some basic understanding of math and scientific concepts, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. A college diploma is highly desired, but NOT required if the candidate is the right fit. Candidate must have the desire to learn. As a Project Assistant, you will have strong writing and speaking skills and be self-motivated. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, people person, with a desire to grow and develop professionally. Requirements of this position include strong organizational abilities and strict attention to detail. The successful candidate could work in Citadel's headquarters in Glendale, Long Beach or Irvine offices, with some work from home flexibility.
